Paul came to us as part of the startup of our new pool. He was extremely professional and courteous. He helped us through each step of the pool startup explaining each component and how it works. All questions were answered without hesitation both in person and on the phone. Great communicator.
We would have continued to use Paul and Diamond Pool and Spa Care as our maintenance company but, unfortunately, they do not service our area. If you are lucky enough to be in their service area then you cannot go wrong.
